LIMITED TO THE FIRST 40 REGISTRATIONS

The App State Steeplechase Clinic will be held on December 12, 2026, on the App State University campus. This one-day clinic is designed to help steeplechasers of all ability levels improve their technique, efficiency, and confidence in the event. Athletes will receive expert instruction on hurdle mechanics, water jump technique, race strategy, and event-specific drills to help them become faster and more effective steeplechasers.
