This is an example of our daily schedule for indvidual and team camp: Team(s) will have the freedom to attend afternoon meetings and select location(s) for their training, entirely up to the coach


7:15–8:00 AM – Breakfast

8:20 AM – (Optional) Group Warm-Up
Led by Counselors at Laurel Creek Quad, come ready to run
8:45 AM – Morning runs
Counselor and staff available to join morning runs as guides

12:00–1:00 PM – Lunch & Recovery

1:45–3:15 PM – Educational Sessions
Location: BELK Classrooms

3:30 PM – Depart for 2nd training session at Track
Hurdles, wickets, and equipment will be available
5:00 PM – Return to Campus
5:30–6:30 PM – Dinner
Central Dining Hall
7:00 PM – Football Field (Optional) for Ultimate Frisbee Tournament
9:00 PM – Return to rooms
10:00 PM – Lights Out
